Each top sheet level account has a menu to the left of the account number that allows you to:
- Duplicate the item, including all underlying accounts and details.
- Exclude the item to hide it and its costs; useful for budget modelling or exporting versions without specific information. Click Include to make it visible again.
- Move the item to reorder rows within the top sheet.
- Insert Sum to add a sub-total anywhere in the top sheet for quick summaries.
To access these options:
- Click on Budgeting in the sidebar menu.
- In your budget’s top sheet, click the dropdown menu icon to the left of the account number.
- Select which alternative you want to use.
