Yes. You can print everything in Dramatify — just like any web page. That includes screenplays, rundowns, call sheets, script sides, budgets, lists, and reports.
In addition, these documents can include a personalised watermark showing the receiver’s name, company name, and the date for secure, clearly identified copies.
Printing from Dramatify #
Dramatify is built to reduce paper, but we know some collaborators still prefer printouts. Everything is
formatted to look professional on paper.
To print, either use the black feature menu and select “Print” or “Print with watermar”, or use your browser’s Print command. In several views, you can tailor the output by showing or hiding specific details before printing or saving as PDF. Click the black feature menu to view options. Look for Filters or Show/Hide.
Printing call sheets #
Dramatify offers two templates to suit different needs:
- Modern Call Sheet — prioritises clarity and readability for all ages.
 - Compact Call Sheet — smaller fonts to fit as much information as possible on one page.

Both templates print beautifully and can include your production company logo and your personalised watermark
information.

Printing screenplays and drama scripts #
Printed screenplays and drama scripts automatically include tracking information and
watermarks. Each printout is marked with:
- The name of the person who printed it
 - The production company name
 - The date and time of printing

You can also add a custom cover page for a fully professional presentation.
Read more in our guide: Watermarking your screenplay and adding a cover page.
Printing lists, rundowns, budgets & reports #
All lists, rundowns, reports, and budgets are printable. Use your browser’s print function, and when available,
adjust visible columns or details to format your output before printing or saving as PDF.
Fixing date display issues when printing #
If the printed page margins show an unexpected date format (for example, MM/DD/YYYY instead of
DD/MM/YYYY), this is caused by your browser language/region settings, not Dramatify.
Set the browser and/or system to your preferred language and region.
How to adjust common browsers #
- Google Chrome (Windows/Chromebook): Settings → Languages → choose your language/region.
 - Firefox: Use the correct language version or align with system language settings.
 - Safari: Uses your system language automatically; change the system language if needed.
 - Microsoft Edge: Adapts to your system language settings.
 - Internet Explorer: Not supported by Dramatify.

Tip #
For long-term reference, you can print any page or document to PDF and store it locally.
