Different Views for Different Roles #
Dramatify is designed to show only the tools and features relevant to your role in a production. That means your navigation tabs and sidebar menu may look different from your colleagues’ — and that’s intentional.
If you notice that specific tabs, such as Characters, Locations, or Planning, are missing, it’s not an error. Your assigned role in the project determines your access.
What General Team Members Can See #
General (read-only) team members have access to the following sections in the right-hand menu:
- Project
- Docs & Resources
- Crew
- You’ll also see Messages in the top navigation bar.
Note: General team members can view content but cannot edit or modify anything.
Need Access to More Features? #
If you need to edit content or access additional tabs (like Characters, Planning, or Locations), contact your Producer or another Production Admin. They can update your role to give you the necessary permissions.
