With the correct access rights, you can ensure that each team member has the proper access for their role in your project.
- Read-only: This level allows the user to read episode information and rundowns. It is available for team members at both the Read-only and Contributor levels. Note that members at the Read-only level are free.
- Content Editor: The team member can add and delete scenes/segments, write and edit action and dialogue in the Script View and read the Rundown and Grid View. This is useful for scriptwriters, journalists, reporters, hosts and anchors. Note that with the Content Editor access, the production can shut out users with the Content Editor role from making late changes by switching action and dialogue editing to the technical rundown in the Script Settings.
- Full Access: Full control over scripts, episodes, and all views.
