Instead of deleting accounts or line items, you can exclude them from sums and totals, and add back later if necessary. It both allows you to trim budgets as well as to model budgets with different spend.
To exclude an item:
- Click Budgeting in the sidebar menu.
- In the top sheet, find the item to exclude.
- Click the left-hand menu next to the item.
- Select Exclude.
- The item and its costs will be hidden from totals.
- To include it again, repeat the steps and select Include.
