Here is how to remove seats after a production has ended to open up for members in new productions or to change your Dramatify subscription
Who do I pay for? #
You pay for Contributor team members, while Read-only members are free.
View seats and member status #
- To see the number of seats and the status of your team members, click on Companies in the top navigation and select your company. Note that you need to be a company admin to access this sector.
- Click on People in the sidebar menu.
- At the top of the page, you see how many contributors you pay for:
- Click the arrow to the right, to view the number of Read-only seats.
Move a member from Contributor (paid) to Read-only (free) #
- Select the member whose status you want to change and hover over the right hand side. Click the Edit/Invite button.
- First, change access to any productions the member has tailored or full access to and set it to Read-only in the dropdown.
3. When ALL productions are set to Read-only for the team member, you can go ahead and change the access level which decides paid and free seats. Click on the pen icon to the right of the name or email address.
- Next, click the Contributor button and select Read-only. Dramatify charges for Contributors that can add content to your productions while Rad-only members are free. Remember to click Save and then Done to close the popup and finish the process.<
