Didn’t get your invitation, activation email, or production messages? Here’s how to fix the most common email issues for Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook, Hotmail, Thunderbird, Yahoo, AOL, Postini, and more.
1. Wait a Few Minutes #
Sometimes, activation or invitation emails take a little time to arrive — up to 10 minutes, depending on your email service.
If you still haven’t received it after that, check your Spam or Junk folder.
2. Common Causes of Missing Emails #
The most frequent reason people don’t get emails from Dramatify is a misspelled or incorrect email address.
A correct email address is essential to:
- Receive your activation link
- Get your production invitations
- Receive team and system messages
3. Typical Situations #
A. You invited someone, but they didn’t get the invitation #
- Double-check the email address you entered.
- If it’s wrong, revoke the invitation and send a new one with the correct address.
