Click the arrow to expand the account summary and see the accounts below. Scroll down, expand another account summary, and compare costs in one view. Click the small plus-dot in the margin to add another summary or account. Click the account menu to quickly duplicate, exclude, move or add a sub-total. With this quick navigation, you can begin working on your production budget in seconds.

Budgeting – Tags for Transparent Cost Control

Perhaps the greatest innovation in Dramatify Budgeting is what, in effect, creates 3D budgeting: tags. Tags allow you to access cost summaries for budgeted items on different accounts, making it easier to monitor your spending. With automatic listings, you can also ensure that all necessary team and breakdown information is accounted for in your budget.

If you, for example, should budget me, I have a salary, travel costs, accommodation, a car, gas, perhaps an assistant, and an allowance, all on separate account numbers. Tag with my name, and you can see an automatic specification of my cost. If the budget perhaps doesn’t allow for the assistant or the car, exclude them for the time being, and you can see both the new total cost and how much has been excluded. You can do this with any cost item on any account. You can also create your own budget tags. One prime example is to use them for tax rebates. You can even tag items with two or more budget tags, compare which tax rebate is the most beneficial for your production, and display that on the top sheet.
