One login, unlimited productions, total control. Dramatify unites simplicity for creative teams with compliance and security for IT departments.

Dramatify is easy to use regardless if you are preparing your dream project, or are a broadcaster looking for efficient production management från idea to archiving.

You can either sign up and create your own business account and projects, or be invited to projects and productions by other companies. Access is strictly controlled—users cannot join productions randomly without an explicit invitation.

Each Dramatify user has a single profile that grants seamless access to every project and production they are involved in.

View all active projects and updates on the Dashboard.
Manage different roles and permissions across multiple productions with one profile.
Join new productions instantly when invited, without creating duplicate profiles.

This reduces credential complexity while ensuring secure, centralised access.

1. Email and Password

The standard login method: Create your profile with an email and password. Familiar and straightforward to use, suitable for smaller teams and student projects.

2. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA / 2FA)

For professional projects, we recommend stronger protection through multi-factor authentication:

Log in with your email and password
Ensure that your mobile number (including country code) is added to your Dramatify profile for account recovery purposes.
Verify your identity with a one-time code generated by an authentication app.

3. Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO)

Broadcasters and larger organisations can integrate Dramatify with their corporate identity provider for streamlined and compliant access management.

Okta with SAML 2.0 is fully supported.
Microsoft Entra ID through Okta can be made available on request.
Requires an Enterprise license or an annual Professional subscription.

For resilience, in the event of a break-glass scenario where SSO is unavailable, users can still access Dramatify via regular email and password login to maintain business continuity.

Role-Based Access Control

Every project and production in Dramatify is private, with access managed through explicit role and permission assignments:

Roles and permissions are always assigned before an invitation is sent.
Roles and permissions can be amended at any time during production.
If no permissions are set, team members default to very limited read-only access.
Administrators retain full control over access rights across all departments.
