We’re sorry to see you go! Before you delete your Dramatify account, you might not need to close it completely—read on!
Moving to a new employer or project? #
If you’re changing company or production but will still use Dramatify, you can add another email address to your account and keep it open. You’ll retain your profile, history, and future access.
Add another email address #
- Log in to Dramatify.
- Click your name in the top navigation and select Profile / Settings.
- On your Profile page, click Edit (upper right).
- Open Email addresses & Password.
- Enter your new email address.
- Within a few minutes, you’ll receive a confirmation email (for example, to [email protected]). Click the link in that message to verify you have access.
After verification, you can receive invitations at the new address, or set it as your primary address for login and notifications.
Close your personal profile and account #
- Log in to Dramatify.
- Click your name in the top navigation and select Profile / Settings.
- Click Settings in the orange toolbar.
- Scroll down to Delete profile and follow the on-screen instructions.
NOTE! Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and personal data according to our data retention policy.
